Samantha is a Broker Associate and co-founder of ANEW Collective at LPT Realty, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Florida — facilitating over 1,000 successful transactions in just six years. With over ten years in real estate, she's known for sharp negotiation, innovative systems, and unwavering client care. She leads with strategy and heart while helping agents and clients alike thrive in a fast-moving market.

Co-Founder

Helping buyers, sellers, and agents win across Central Florida, Sean is the co-founder of ANEW Collective — a fast-moving team built for today's market and the one to come. Known for straight talk, smart systems, and showing up when it counts, he brings the mindset of a coach and the hustle of a closer to every deal.

* No Rev Share has to be paid on any Active listings brought over to LPT! High Producing Agents will be rewarded with new recruits placed on their downline — earning an additional stream of income.
